A Running List of Questions We Haven’t Answered Yet

Why Publish an Unfinished List

Most resources pages only publish conclusions. This one is a running list of things about a 90-day practice we’re genuinely still unsure of.

We’d rather be honest about the open questions than pretend the guide is more finished than it is.

A Few of the Open Ones

Does a missed day reset the streak psychologically, even when the counter doesn’t reset it literally? We don’t have a settled answer.

Is ninety days the right length for everyone, or just a convenient number? The evidence we have is mixed.

Why This Belongs in Etc

These questions don’t fit neatly under Ikigai, Breaking Limiting Beliefs, or curated writing — they’re just open threads worth keeping visible.

We’ll update this page as answers, or better questions, show up.

“We’d rather publish the open question honestly than pretend the guide is more finished than it is.”

If this resonates, the Etc category has more in the same vein, or start with the Pulse Journal itself if you’d rather put it into daily practice.
